Free? Really Free!

How many places on the internet really offer something for free, and it REALLY be free? For example, those pop ups that you CAN win or you HAVE won a prize and all you have to do is "click here" and claim it. And then you read all the way down at the bottom that you have to participate in "offers" or "surveys". Well, every time I did that I felt like I was giving them more information than they needed to know and I didn't know who was getting the info either. Granted, they say your information will never be sold, but is it really? Hmmmm.

Wouldn't it be nice to actually enter a drawing or contest and not have to fill out surveys or wonder where your contact information is going or what's being done with it?
